Smart Drainage Integrated Management and Control Platform (Phase I) Project in Jiaojiang District, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province

Recently, the Shanghai Municipal General Institute undertook the smart drainage integrated management and control platform (Phase I) project in Jiaojiang District, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province. The project is closely in line with the requirements of the digital reform in Zhejiang Province. In response to the practical needs such as unclear drainage system base, unintelligent operation and maintenance management methods, untimely operation risk perception, and uncoordinated emergency response procedures, it is based on independent development and gives full play to the technical innovation advantages of the General Institute. , to build a major project of a smart drainage integrated management and control platform covering the two major systems of sewage and rainwater.

Independent development, integration and innovation to create a benchmark for smart water affairs

This project adopts the "development + operation and maintenance" model. The project content includes the construction of the IoT perception system, the development of the software platform system, the drainage model and the construction of the GIS system. Improve the business support capability of the platform.

From "governance" to "intelligence", the General Institute has constructed 5 intelligent management scenarios for the project.

"3D Modeling, Digital Twin" Scenario

The platform builds a high-quality digital 3D model of urban drainage infrastructure through 3D GIS of drainage pipe network coupled with 3D modeling technology of oblique photography.

"Real-time perception, closed-loop management" scenario

Establish a grading and zoning management system for the drainage pipe network, install intelligent sensing equipment, build a real-time awareness system for urban drainage operation, combine with a risk disposal auxiliary decision-making system, and track and feedback the disposal process online.

"Model Analysis, Intelligent Early Warning" Scenario

Construct the hydraulic model of sewage pipe network and rainwater pipe network, use online monitoring data and meteorological data to sense and warn the operation risk of sewage pipe network in advance, and simulate the distribution and degree of waterlogging and waterlogging risk in real time combined with the river network model, so as to realize the early warning and alarm of waterlogging risk. .

Scenario of "Scientific Scheduling, ** Policy Implementation"

Based on real-time monitoring, combined with hydraulic models and other technical means, it can accurately identify system problems such as external water intrusion and pipe network blockage, guide the transformation and maintenance of pipe networks in infiltration areas, optimize operation scheduling rules, and improve the coordination between sewage system and rainwater system. performance.

"Mixed Reality, Smart O&M" Scenario

Based on the integration of "GIS+BIM+MR" technology, the spatial distribution, attribute information and operation data of the underground pipe network can be inquired through the hand-held terminal through the pavement and buildings.

Relying on the solid foundation of drainage and the newly established "Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Technology Research Center for Urban Infrastructure", the General Institute has actively participated in the digital operation and management services of drainage systems in key provinces and cities across the country in recent years, providing the government with reliable digital technology. support.

The Jiaojiang Smart Drainage Platform Project has been successively selected as the "First Batch of Pilot Projects for Digital Application Scenarios of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-rural Development" and "The First Batch of Pilot Projects for Digital Twin Construction of Zhejiang Provincial Big Data Bureau". Strive to create a new benchmark for smart water affairs.
